VW dealerships sure love seeing Golf R's pull up.

I always get asked how I like it, what I've done to it, etc..

And then of course, I get asked by a salesman if I want to trade it in..

Well every brand has their halo/top tier car.

I bet the same thing happens at

Honda dealers with the S2000

Acura dealers with the NSX

Audi dealers with the R8

Mercedes dealers with the SLS

BMW dealers with the i8

Ford dealers with the GT

Chevy dealers with the Corvette(eh maybe)

Chrysler dealers with the Viper

I think they know that I cant afford the new one. I'm 28 and I bought mine to drive it, not use as a trophy for my life.
